The IPA automatic tying line is aimed at companies in the meat industry which produce "paupiettes" and small roasts. It can be equipped with 2 or 3 trolley-mounted tying machines with ARC patented knotting technology. Designed with hygiene and regulatory requirements in mind (tying machine and belt that can be retracted quickly and easily), the IPA tying machine allows thorough cleaning that meets hygiene standards. The paupiettes can be loaded and unloaded manually or automatically into the slots (on request).
